Remote working is here to stay. Whether it’s full-time or hybrid, today’s managers need new skills to lead teams remotely, and that leadership starts with successful onboarding. The questions are, where do you start, and what does success look like?

In our informative two-part series ,CDI and Auditing Services Vice President Autumn Reiter will lead attendees through proven strategies to onboard new staff, establish trust, build relationships, and lead teams to success in remote situations.

  • Designing a remote, robust onboarding program to facilitate learning
  • Constructing an educational program and structuring clinical concepts virtually 
  • Developing an online CDI community that supports the orientee and builds relationships
  • Demonstrating how to use technology in the remote onboarding process

About the Presenter 

Autumn Reiter, MBA, BSN, RN, CCDS, CCDS-O, CDIP, CCS, is the VP of CDI and Auditing services for CorroHealth, where she serves clients’ staffing and auditing needs for both the inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as provides education to physicians, nurses, and coders. Reiter was the Virginia State ACDIS Association leader from 2015 to 2016 and has presented at the several ACDIS National and OP conferences. Reiter has authored articles for AHIMA and spoken at multiple state conventions. Reiter is a former ACDIS Advisory Board Member and has contributed to the 2021 and 2022 ACDIS Outpatient Pocket Guide.
